FABRIC BACKDROPS: The ultimate wrinkle free fabric with the most vivid and beautiful colours! These can be used clamped to your backdrop stand, taped directly to your studio wall with painters tape, pinned, or use magnetic strips and on your wall for a faster method of changing backdrops.
MAT FLOORS: Mat floors have a non-slip rubber backing which means they wont move around on you. These floors feature a carpet style topping with a soft fabric top perfect for kids of all ages. We highly recommend using mat floors as flooring for continual use, due to their durability. Mat floors will need to be rolled to store, or laid flat to stack. We recommend storing your floor flat to avoid denting or bubbling. The photo carpet material unfortunately does stretch in the manufacturing process and therefore will not always lay flat. We will not be able to accept returns due to this, as this is the nature of the product. We however recommend leaving your mat out when receiving it to allow the material to relax.
*Please Note* Mat floors are printed on a raw material. Small imperfections, marks or bubbles may be present in the print and are not a flaw.
CARE: Fabric Backdrops can be folded & stacked for easy storage/transporting. They are water resistant & can be spot cleaned or put into the wash on a delicate cycle. Following into the dryer on a delicate cycle.
If you would like to remove wrinkles or creases, simply place your backdrop in the dryer for 10 minutes prior to using.
If your Mat Floor gets dirty, you can simply clean with soap and hose off using a high pressure hose. We do not recommend using these for cake smashes as the icing dye can stain your Mat Floor.

EXCHANGES/REFUNDS: Each backdrop & floordrop is custom made to order, therefore exchanges/refunds/returns are not accepted. However, if your floor is received defective or damaged it must be reported within 30 days of receipt and we will issue a replacement for you.
Actual printed product may vary slightly from image you see on screen. This is due to the calibration of the device you're viewing on. Additionally, in use images may vary depending on a photographers shooting & editing style.

Returns/Exchanges:
All sales are final at the time of purchase. As each backdrop and floor is custom printed to order, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges unless an item is received defective or damaged.
If your order arrives damaged or defective (due to a print error), please email us at lillybearstudioprops@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Photographs of the damage or defect must be taken with your camera and studio lighting.
Photos taken with a phone or under tungsten lighting (such as pot lights) will not be accepted, as they can alter the appearance of the product.
