REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY:
All sales are final at the time of purchase. As each backdrop and floor is custom printed to order, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges unless an item is received defective or damaged. 

SALE EXTENSIONS:
Promotional sales are only valid for orders placed within 24 hours prior to the sale's start date. Extensions or retroactive discounts are not permitted after a sale ends, as we extensively notify customers of promotions via email and social media.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, orders cannot be canceled.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE:
If your order arrives damaged or defective (due to a print error), please email us at lillybearstudioprops@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused and in its original condition.
Photographs of the damage or defect must be taken with your camera and studio lighting and submitted within 7 days of your initial contact.
Please note: Photos taken with a phone or under tungsten lighting (such as pot lights) will not be accepted, as they can alter the appearance of the product.

ITEMS DAMAGED BY TRANSIT:
If your order was damaged during shipping, you must email photos of the damaged item and packaging to lillybearstudioprops@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt. Items confirmed to be damaged in transit will be reprinted in the same size, material, and design originally ordered.

REFUNDS:
If you are approved for any sort of refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to post.

  3. Contact your bank, as there may be a delay in processing.

CLEARANCE PRODUCTS:
Clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. These products are sold "as is," and any noted imperfections are listed in the product description

SHIPPING:
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for shipping costs if an order must be reshipped due to an incorrect address.

For returns eligible for exchange, you are responsible for return shipping costs, and shipping charges are non-refundable.
If a refund is granted, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

All backdrop and floor designs by Lilly Bear Studio Props & Backdrops are protected under copyright law. Unauthorized duplication, reproduction, digital use, or reprinting of our designs, in whole or in part, without written consent is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action.

PRIVACY POLICY:
By using our website, you consent to allow third parties to process your IP address for the purpose of currency conversion. A temporary session cookie may be stored in your browser to maintain currency selection throughout your visit. This cookie is automatically deleted when you close your browser.
