**ADVISORY**: For optimal care, avoid leaving icing on the floor overnight. Clean promptly for the best results. Please note, the floors are not 100% stain resistant—clothing with strong pigments, like denim, may stain if the ink comes into contact with water.
Pro Floor CARE: We recommend using cleaners such as Mr Clean Magic Eraser, baby wipes, Lysol wipes, disinfectant, Dawn dish soap, and Bar Keeper’s Friend. These have all been tested and work effectively for cleaning. Avoid using bleach, as it may strip colour from printed floors.
Please ensure the floor is completely dry before storing.
NOTE: LB Pro floors are true to colour, however will print very matte.
TURN AROUND TIME: All floordrops are made to order. LB Pro Floors will be processed and shipped within 3-4 weeks from the date of your order.

RECOMMENDATIONS: It's recommended you order both a floordrop & backdrop in the same material & print run if you plan on using a design together as a set (wall & floor) - this will ensure the closest colour match possible. WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE A CLOSE OR EXACT COLOUR MATCH UNLESS THE MATERIAL THAT IS ORDERED IS THE SAME.

Returns/Exchanges:
All sales are final at the time of purchase. As each backdrop and floor is custom printed to order, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges unless an item is received defective or damaged.
If your order arrives damaged or defective (due to a print error), please email us at lillybearstudioprops@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Photographs of the damage or defect must be taken with your camera and studio lighting.
Photos taken with a phone or under tungsten lighting (such as pot lights) will not be accepted, as they can alter the appearance of the product.
