ORDER PROCESSING TIME: All floors are made to order based on your choice of design, size and material selected. Processing times for Carpet Top Mat Floor is 14-21 business days, plus shipping.
CARPET TOP MAT FLOOR: Our Mat Floors feature a non-slip rubber backing, providing stability even with active little sitters. The surface is designed with a soft, fabric-style carpet for both comfort and durability.
📋 Mat Floor Care Instructions: Mat Floors must be rolled — not folded — for storage. They can be spot cleaned and vacuumed as needed. However, we do not recommend using Mat Floors for cake smash sessions, as the porous carpet material is prone to staining.
MATCHING RECOMMENDATIONS: We cannot guarantee a close or exact colour match when the same design is printed on different materials. If you plan to use a backdrop and floor together as a set (wall and floor), we recommend ordering both pieces in the same print run to achieve the closest possible colour match.
Printed products may appear marginally different from the images shown online. Display photos are intended to showcase the backdrops in use, and variations may occur based on each photographer’s unique lighting and editing style.

All sales are final at the time of purchase. As each backdrop and floor is custom printed to order, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges unless an item is received defective or damaged.Â
If your order arrives damaged or defective (due to a print error), please email us at lillybearstudioprops@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Photographs of the damage or defect must be taken with your camera and studio lighting.
Photos taken with a phone or under tungsten lighting (such as pot lights) will not be accepted, as they can alter the appearance of the product.
