Immediate cleaning is essential for maintaining their appearance. Gently spot clean with a clean, damp cloth as needed, and apply Grandma's Secret Spot Remover generously, following the product’s instructions. This cleaner is available on Amazon. Floors can also be machine washed on a delicate cycle using a gentle detergent. Hang to dry completely before folding or storing.

All sales are final at the time of purchase. As each backdrop and floor is custom printed to order, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges unless an item is received defective or damaged.Â
If your order arrives damaged or defective (due to a print error), please email us at lillybearstudioprops@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Photographs of the damage or defect must be taken with your camera and studio lighting.
Photos taken with a phone or under tungsten lighting (such as pot lights) will not be accepted, as they can alter the appearance of the product.
