READY TO SHIP TESTER Buying a tester drop at 45-60% off means you are agreeing to post 3-5 in use images on our Facebook group within 14 days of receiving the drop. Backdrops will be printed within 5-7 days + shipping Make sure the images are watermarked Use #tester in your facebook post Please ensure images aren't pixelated or blurry once uploaded, if you are unfamiliar with the social media export size, try the following settings. IMAGE EXPORT SIZE: Resize To Fit; Long Edge 2048 Pixels and 150 ppi These images will be used on the website to show the backdrops/floors in use. Please do your best to have at least one image showing the entire design so others can see how it looks. NOTE: Failure to submit the drops in time will result in being invoiced for the full price of the design.

Returns/Exchanges: 
All sales are final at the time of purchase. As each backdrop and floor is custom printed to order, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges unless an item is received defective or damaged. 

If your order arrives damaged or defective (due to a print error), please email us at lillybearstudioprops@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Photographs of the damage or defect must be taken with your camera and studio lighting.
Photos taken with a phone or under tungsten lighting (such as pot lights) will not be accepted, as they can alter the appearance of the product.
