The White LB Pro Floor is a matte white floor. Please keep in mind, this is a printed product, the floor will never be a perfect match to your specific white wall paint, savage white backdrops or other white items. All whites are different with different tones. Lighting, editing and colour reflections within your studio will all play a role. Just as any studio backdrop or floor, editing may be required to get to your desired white.
**ADVISORY**: For optimal care, avoid leaving icing on the floor overnight. Clean promptly for the best results. Please note, the floors are not 100% stain resistant—clothing with strong pigments, like denim, may stain if the ink comes into contact with water.
Pro Floor CARE: We recommend using cleaners such as Mr Clean Magic Eraser, baby wipes, Lysol wipes, disinfectant, Dawn dish soap, and Bar Keeper’s Friend. These have all been tested and work effectively for cleaning. Avoid using bleach, as it may strip colour from printed floors.
Please ensure the floor is completely dry before storing.
NOTE: LB Pro floors are true to colour, however will print very matte.
TURN AROUND TIME: All floordrops are made to order. LB Pro Floors will be processed and shipped within 3-4 weeks from the date of your order.

RECOMMENDATIONS: It's recommended you order both a floordrop & backdrop in the same material & print run if you plan on using a design together as a set (wall & floor) - this will ensure the closest colour match possible. WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE A CLOSE OR EXACT COLOUR MATCH UNLESS THE MATERIAL THAT IS ORDERED IS THE SAME.

Returns/Exchanges:
As backdrops are made to order, we do not accept exchanges or refunds. If an item is received damaged, it will be replaced in the same material, size and design ordered upon photos exchanged. You may exchange your unused Fabric/Fleece for a different size if you ordered an incorrect size, you will be responsible for postage of returning the original order as well as the postage to reship the new size. To be eligible for an exchange, your must contact us within 30 days of receipt and your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
